Abstract The matrix elements of a 2 – D electron gas restricted in GaAs cylindrical quantum wire including Rashba Spin Orbit Interaction, under simultaneous effect hydrostatic pressure and temperature is investigated. strong dependency absolute temperature, on energy band gap effective mass charge carriers the wire, have been found. Because this, linear non-linear properties also get affected. We observed that influence electric mamagnetic field, affected strongly with change spin orbit interaction Magnetic field.
